BENEATH – Book Launch
So glad to finally publish ‘Beneath’ the first in my brand new sci-fi Series, which has had its book launch and already received some great reviews on Amazon just a couple of weeks after launching it.
It took a while from the seed of an idea to actually getting the first book in my brand new scifi series published. The ‘while’ was actually 3 years as I started to write this during Covid lockdown back in early 2020, but then shelved it in favour of my YA U-Sam Sci-fi Space Opera series, which turned out to be a great move as it allowed me time to develop my writing style on a series of shorter novellas.
Beneath, was orignally inspired by The Ruum, by Arthur Porges, a story I read way back when in school when I was about 14 or 15, so I suppose this book has really been 50+ years in the making. I will have to speed up the process!!!
Available on Amazon Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and paperback here…
Thankfully ‘Arrival’ book 2 in the series has taken far less time to write and edit and is currently available to preorder on Amazon and will be published in paperback, Kindle and also available in the Kindle unlimited program on 25th November 2023.
‘Arrival’ follows on from Beneath when a suspected meteorite impact in a remote Welsh Reservoir causes the disappearance of a local angler. After a huge police search lasting a week, the missing man turns up and the team from Moreton Scientific Investigation are called in to examine the remnants of the ‘meteorite’.
There follows a desperate chase and search from Wales to Cumbria and finally back to Moreton Scientific Investigations home town of Morton-in-Marsh, to prevent a catastrphic invasion from another planet. Murder, mystery, fast paced action adventure, thriller – ‘Arrival’ has got the lot.
If you enjoyed reading ‘Beneath’ then you will absolutely love ‘Arrival’ as Ben, Claire and the rest of the the Moreton team struggle to make sense of alien abduction and possession.
Publication date on Amazon 25th november 2023 – Availlable to pre-order on Amazon here…
